Our home is surrounded by farmland and moments away from the Kaskaskia River. Our trailriding takes us through the river bottoms and past one of Illinois' last original covered bridges. Our trail horses will experience a variety of terrain and situations, including the rocky bluffs of Shawnee National Forest, river crossings, and camping. One of our greatest loves is loading up for the weekend with the horses and camping overnight. |
Horses for sale
We enjoy working with young horses and always have a project in the works. We routinely buy young horses, usually quarter horses, to start in Geralds gentle manner. Gerald has spent his entire life working with horses and mules. He came from a long line of loggers and was in the woods as a young child with the stock. When things were slim, growing up, he always had a horse or pony to ride because all the farmers and ranchers knew if you supplied him with an animal, he would ride the hair off it and it would darn sure come back broke. Geralds love of nature and horses is a big part of his life and we can share this with you in the quality horses we provide. |

Equine Transportation
We have several trailers, depending on your needs, for equine transportation. We make many trips per year to Texas and can arrange those times to fit YOUR schedule. We can pick up and haul anywhere you need. Rest assured, your horses will receive the utmost in comfort and care.
